Job summary

Fort Worth Transitional Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide to support residents with daily care per individualized plans. You will assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and routine tasks while observing conditions and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse.

Ideal candidates hold a valid CNA license, have experience in a long-term care setting or a willingness to learn, and are at least 16 years old. Compassion, reliability, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• CNA license required or in process (licensing equivalent)
• Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and observation skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Observe and report symptoms or changes to residents to Charge Nurse.
• Ensure safety and respond promptly to calls and alarms.
