Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine nursing care in a long-term care facility. You will assist residents with daily activities, measure vital signs, and report changes to the Charge Nurse.

You must have a valid CNA license and be at least 16 years old. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, with adherence to policies and care plans essential for quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with residents and team members is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessments and care plans.
• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and daily activities.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
• Observe, report, and document symptoms, reactions, and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Identify potential safety issues and report to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions to care plans and updates.
• Adhere to resident care policies and procedures.
