Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will assist with bathing, meals, dressing, and monitoring residents according to care plans.

The role requires a valid CNA license and a high school diploma; prior LTC experience is preferred. You must be at least 16 years old and capable of lifting, transferring, and communicating effectively while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and monitoring intake.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Observe and report changes to the Charge Nurse or resident care plans.
• Carry out duties in accordance with resident care policy and procedures.
• Respond to calls and ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Assist with moving residents between areas and provide comfort and support.
