Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. The role involves assisting with bathing, feeding, dressing, and daily activities while recording vital signs and monitoring residents’ conditions.

Candidates must hold a valid CNA license and may be required to work in a long-term care setting. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical duties include lifting, transferring, and mobility assistance.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing and daily routines.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Maintain awareness of residents' conditions and contribute information to care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to resident assessments and care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes in residents to Charge Nurse.
• Respond to calls and assist with transfers, meals, hygiene and positioning as needed.
• Follow resident care policy and procedures.
