Job summary

Memorial City Nursing and Rehabiliation Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily activities, monitor intake and vital signs, and report changes to the Charge Nurse.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; CNA license required; long-term care experience is preferred. This on-site role emphasizes safety, compassion, and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessments and care plans.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, hair care and mobility as needed.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes to the Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist resident in bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake of food.
• Carry out duties per resident care policy and procedure.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of resident’s conditions to care plans.
• Observe and report changes to residents to Charge Nurse.
