Job summary

Cuero-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with resident assessments and care plans.

You will assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, movement, and monitoring vital signs while reporting changes to the Charge Nurse. The role emphasizes safety, accurate documentation, and teamwork in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license and provide routine daily nursing care.
• Assist residents with daily activities and observe health status.
• Ability to observe, report, and document resident conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist resident in bathing, feeding, dressing and mobility.
• Record and monitor vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Observe and report symptoms or changes in residents’ conditions.
• Contribute to resident care plans with caregiver input.
