Job summary

Magnolia Crossing Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Minnesota is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily care to residents in accordance with assessments and care plans.

You will assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility, observe intake and vital signs, report changes to the Charge Nurse, and contribute to resident care plans while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must hold a valid CNA license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility.
• Observe and record intake of food and vitals; report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Follow resident care policies and contribute to care plans.
