Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will follow resident assessments and care plans, assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility, and respond to calls to support resident wellbeing.

You must hold a valid CNA license; experience in a long-term care facility is preferred. You will measure vital signs, observe residents, and report changes to the Charge Nurse in a policy-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with resident assessments and care plans.
• Assist residents in bathing, feeding, dressing, observing food intake, care of hair and nails, mobility, and responding to calls.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with resident care policy and procedure.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
• Contributes knowledge of resident’s conditions/needs to resident care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to residents to Charge Nurse.
