Job summary

Regency IHS Clinical Consulting LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily tasks, monitor health indicators, and report changes to the nursing team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting vital signs, and contributing to care plans. A CNA license is required, and prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but to required.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake of food, hair/nail care, and moving residents as needed.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions/needs to resident care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to the Charge Nurse.
