Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation’s Courtyard Fountains in Oregon is seeking a Certified Medication Aide. You will safely administer prescribed medications, assist with ADLs, document care, and support daily activities for residents.

Requires High School Diploma or GED, 1+ month experience, and state-specific Medication Technician certification. Proficiency in English and basic MS Word/Excel/Outlook is expected; excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ month of experience in senior living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medication for Assisted Living per regulations and guidelines.
• Count and sign narcotics with approved personnel; report discrepancies.
• Order medications and notify when supply is low; update MAR/TAR records.
• Receive, verify, and store medications per pharmacy labels and MAR.
• Provide personal care and nursing support (ADLs, vital signs, weights).
• Document in daily logs; attend trainings; maintain medical charts within 48 hours.
• Assist residents with calls and needs; restock and clean medicine carts weekly.
