Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support residents with daily living, delivering person-centered care. Starting compensation is $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, with a $2,000 sign-on for full-time and $750 for part-time schedules, paid in two installments.

The full-time schedule includes 8-hour shifts with weekend options. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, onsite

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Administer medications to residents as prescribed.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Coordinate with clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
• Provide companionship and ensure residents' comfort and belonging.
