Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living and personalized care. You will administer medications and work closely with the clinical team to ensure timely attention to resident needs.

Starting pay is $18.00/hour with a $2,000 sign-on for full-time or $750 for part-time; benefits include health coverage, PTO, a 401k match, and education/certification support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state of work.
• Current certification for Medication Administration per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents.
• Support residents in activities of daily living and personal care plans.
• Assist with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner.
