Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living needs and administer medications in a compassionate, person-centered approach.

Full-Time: 8 hour shifts with a weekend option. Starting at $18.00/hour, commensurate with experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time or $750 for part-time. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state where you work.
• Current Medication Administration certification as required by state.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' care plans with focus on preferences and comfort.
• Support residents in activities and programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner.
