Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living and medication administration in a welcoming community.

Starting at $18.00/hour with sign-on bonuses for full-time and part-time schedules. Full-time shifts are 8 hours with weekend option; a comprehensive benefits package is provided, including 401k match, on-site medical centers, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state where you will work.
• Current certification for Medication Administration as per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents as prescribed.
• Support residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement individual care plans focused on resident preferences and comfort.
• Assist residents with activities and programs to promote well-being.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs promptly.
