Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. Starting at $18.00/hour, with a $2,000 sign-on for full-time and $750 for part-time, paid in two installments in the first 90 days.

Full-time shifts are 8 hours with weekend options; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, on-site health centers, education assistance, and growth opportunities within Erickson Senior

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure timely addressing of residents’ needs.
• Administration of medication to residents
