Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living, providing person-centered care and medication administration. The role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time schedules or $750 for part-time schedules, paid in installments within the first 90 days.

Full-time shifts are 8 hours with weekend options; benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with 3% company match, onsite health centers, and educational

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications to residents.
• Support residents in daily living activities and personal care plans.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents.
