Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living needs in a continuing care community. You will administer medications and coordinate care with the clinical team, ensuring comfort and safety for residents.

Starting at $18.00/hour with a $2,000 full-time sign-on bonus. Full-time shifts available, including weekends, at Tallgrass Creek in Overland Park, Kansas. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living, providing person-centered care.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths and routines.
