Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support residents with daily living and medication administration. You will work under the clinical team to ensure safety, dignity and person-centered care in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications as prescribed to residents.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner.
• Provide companionship and promote resident comfort and belonging.
