Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living and administer medications in a compassionate, person-centered manner. You will work with a clinical team to implement care plans and monitor residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CNA certification for the state you are working in.
• Current Medication Administration certification per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed.
• Support residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement and follow individualized care plans
• Monitor and document residents' health and well-being.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents.
