Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living and medication administration. You will work with the clinical team to implement personal care plans and provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Full-time shifts include 8-hour days with weekend options. Starting pay is $18/hour with a $2,000 sign-on for full-time and a $750 sign-on for part-time. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification for the state you are working in.
• Current certification for Medication Administration – per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support residents in activities of daily living and daily living tasks.
• Assist residents with activities and programs as part of care.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with medication administration and resident monitoring.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to meet residents’ needs in a timely manner.
