You will provide person-centered care, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with the clinical team to meet residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state of employment.
• Current Certification for Medication Administration per state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medication to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support resident physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
