Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living in Overland Park, Kansas, is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living and administer medications under state guidelines.

We offer a $18.00/hour starting wage, a $2,000 sign-on for full-time, and a $750 sign-on for part-time, with two installments within the first 90 days. Full-time shifts include weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents.
• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Assist with residents' personal care plans and routines.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
