Priority Management Group, LLC seeks a caring CNA with Medication Aide certification to support medication administration and direct resident care at Victoria Gardens of Allen, TX. The role includes verifying medication records, monitoring resident responses, and responding to needs through a patient-centered approach.

• Must have current Medication Aide certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage and time of administration on specified forms or records.
• Presents medication to resident and observes ingestion or other application or administers medication using specified procedures.
• Takes vital signs or observes residents to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reactions.
• Takes and records temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates and food and fluid intake and output as directed.
• Answers signal lights, bells or intercom system to determine resident needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
