Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with nursing chart audits.
• Perform basic nursing functions (vitals, rooming, procedures) under supervision.
• Maintain aseptic technique for procedures and medications.
• Accurately document patient interactions in the medical record.
• Report results and pertinent information to patients and healthcare team members.
• Maintain professional appearance of patient exam and procedure rooms.
