Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through patient prep, vital signs, and documentation.
• Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations under provider direction.
• Prepare and organize patient charts and ensure documentation completion.
• Schedule procedures, labs, imaging, and surgeries; inform patients of plans.
• Coordinate schedules, pre-certifications, follow-ups, and continuity of care.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Trinity Health policies.
