Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through preparation, vital signs, and documentation.
• Administer medications and immunizations under provider supervision.
• Schedule procedures, labs, x-rays, and surgeries; coordinate pre- and post-care.
• Maintain patient charts and ensure complete documentation.
• Educate patients and families about plans of care and follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Trinity Health policies.
