Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking an HVAC Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in our apartment communities. The ideal candidate holds EPA/CFC credentials, has on-site maintenance experience, and is ready to deliver timely service to residents.

This role requires own tools, reliable transportation, a valid ID, and the ability to multitask across several units.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification (EPA/CFC) required.
• At least 6 months of onsite maintenance experience.
• Valid ID and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems.
• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units

Required Qualifications:

• Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties

Pay starting at $23 per hour, DOE
