The Liberty Group is hiring an experienced HVAC Certification Maintenance Technician to service residential properties in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, performing preventative maintenance, and turning over vacant apartments to market-ready condition.

Ideal candidates hold A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC), have at least six months onsite experience, possess valid ID, reliable transportation, and own the necessary tools.

Qualifications

• A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC).
• At least 6 months of onsite experience.
• Valid I.D. Required.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties.
• CPO Certification a Plus!
• Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units.
• Provide preventative maintenance on A/C and mechanical systems.
• Respond to residential service requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
• Maintain records of maintenance activity.
• Demonstrate multitasking and prioritization.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems.
• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC)
• At least 6 months of onsite experience
