Job summary

The Liberty Group is looking for experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join onsite communities with immediate start. Pay ranges from $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements include 6+ months of onsite apartment maintenance experience, valid government-issued ID, reliable transportation, and owning basic tools. You will perform make-ready turns and maintenance tasks while delivering strong resident service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed.
• Document work completed in maintenance logs.
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams.

Preferred (not required)

• A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
• Strong make-ready/turn experience
• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
