Job summary

The Liberty Group in Orlando, FL is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech to service residential communities. You will perform turnover repairs, maintain common areas, and respond to resident requests with professionalism.

Candidates should have at least 6 months onsite maintenance experience, own tools, reliable transport, and a valid ID; A/C certification is a plus and may increase pay.

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications

Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.
