Qualifications

• ASHP accredited program preferred.
• IV skills experience in pharmacy settings.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification or state board requirement recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of medication orders by compounding or admixing under physician supervision.
• Verify patient information and physician authorization for orders.
• Admix drugs accurately and timely per guidelines; maintain OSHA compliance.
