Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, create recovery plans, and supervise OT staff while collaborating with hand surgeons and other professionals.

The role emphasizes orthotic fabrication, postoperative rehab, scar management, and return-to-work strategies, with responsibilities across assessment, treatment, and education.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy.
• CHT credential and/or current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current state PT or OT license.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to patient age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
