Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will perform evaluations, design custom splints, and develop recovery plans for patients.

The role includes collaborating with surgeons and other therapists, directing assistants, and educating patients on orthosis wear and post-surgical rehab. A strong background in upper-extremity rehab and OT/PT licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and establish plans of care.
• Provide hand therapy interventions and splinting.
• Document OT/PT services and progress.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists on care plans.
