Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design custom splints, and develop recovery plans within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, delivering therapeutic interventions, supervising assistants and students, and fabricating orthoses. A strong background in orthopedic and post-surgical rehab is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and establish plan of care.
• Provide hand/upper-extremity rehabilitation and splinting.
• Document OT/PT services delivered.
