Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder in our outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, design recovery plans, fabricate orthoses, and supervise OT aides and students.

Collaboration with hand surgeons and therapists is essential to deliver comprehensive care. Experience in orthopedic and post-surgical rehab is preferred; CPR/BLS certification is required, and a state PT or OT license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OTD preferred.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan care for hand/UE patients.
• Provide splinting and orthotic fabrication.
• Deliver therapy with age-appropriate modalities.
• Document services accurately.
• Supervise assistants and students.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists.
