Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to deliver specialized rehab for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and fabricate custom orthoses while educating patients on wear and care.

Collaboration with surgeons and clinicians is essential in an interdisciplinary setting. The role requires a bachelor's degree with advanced OT/PT credentials; 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab and current state licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; DPT/OT preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab experience.
• Current state PT or OT license; CHT credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop plans of care for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.
• Create custom splints and orthoses; educate on wear and precautions.
• Supervise OTAs, students, and support staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians on care plans.
• Provide post-surgical and injury rehabilitation including scar management.
