Norman Regional Health System is seeking an experienced Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, create recovery plans and supervise OT staff in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include orthoses fabrication, patient education, and collaboration with hand surgeons and clinicians to deliver comprehensive care. A Bachelor's is required; DPT/OT preferred; 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• DPT or DOT preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder rehabilitation interventions.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Directs and supervises OT Assistants, students and support staff.
• Design and fabricate custom orthoses and splints; educate patients on use.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, physicians and other clinicians.
