Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized rehabilitation for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, custom-splint, and develop recovery plans within an outpatient setting.

You will collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists, supervise assistants, and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a CHT credential and CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT Doctorate preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation experience.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder rehab.
• Document OT/hand therapy services.
• Supervise OT Assistants and students.
• Design, fabricates, fits custom hand orthoses and splints.
• Educate patients on orthosis wear, care and precautions.
• Treat post-surgical and injury rehab cases; wound care and return-to-work rehab.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians.
