Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to lead specialized hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation within our outpatient rehab setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with surgeons and therapists to optimize recovery and functional outcomes.

The role includes orthotic fabrication, patient education, and supervision of OT assistants and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; state PT or OT license required.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
