Job summary

Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. The role includes patient evaluation, custom splinting, and developing recovery plans in an outpatient setting.

You will oversee OT staff and collaborate with hand surgeons, physicians, and other therapists to deliver comprehensive care, including orthosis fabrication and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Perform custom orthosis design, fabrication, fit, and education.
• Treat upper-extremity and postoperative rehabilitation.
• Supervise OT assistants, students, and support staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians.
