Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Certified Hand Therapist to provide comprehensive hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation in a clinical setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and oversee orthotic fabrication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and OT/PT program completed.
• DPT or DOT preferred; state license current required.
• Experience in upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments; establish care plan.
• Provide therapeutic interventions aligned to patient age/needs.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Direct and supervise OT assistants, students, and support staff.
• Design, fabricates, fits custom orthoses and splints; educate on wear and care.
• Treat orthopedic, traumatic, burn, tendon, nerve and postoperative cases.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians; participate in care planning.
