Job summary

Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients, design custom splints, and develop recovery plans within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include supervising assistants, fabricating orthoses, educating patients, and coordinating post-surgical rehab with surgeons and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to patient age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
