Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehab for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design custom splints, and develop recovery plans in a collaborative setting with hand surgeons and therapists.

Responsibilities include initial assessments, therapeutic interventions, orthotic fabrication, scar management, and coordinating with the care team to optimize outcomes for orthopedic and post-surgical patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for upper-extremity rehab.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
