Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to lead evaluation, splint fabrication, and rehabilitation for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaborative treatment planning within a multi-disciplinary team.

You will supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, coordinate with hand surgeons and physicians, and educate patients on orthosis wear and home programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required.
• DPT or DOT preferred; OT degree acceptable.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop plans of care for upper-extremity rehabilitation.
• Provide orthosis design and splint fabrication.
• Coordinate care with hand surgeons and therapists.
• Document services and progress.
• Lead and mentor staff and students.
