Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to lead advanced rehabilitation for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate, splint, and develop individualized recovery plans to restore function and range of motion.

You will collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists, supervise OT staff and students, fabricate custom orthoses, and support post-surgical rehab with scar management and return-to-work programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• DPT or OTD is preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• 3+ years of experience in upper-extremity rehabilitation and outpatient therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments; establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Directs and supervises activities of OT Assistants, students and support personnel.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom orthoses and splints; educate on wear/care.
• Treat post-surgical and injury rehabilitation; scar management, edema control, wound care, return-to-work rehab.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, orthopedic physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals; participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
