Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, craft splints, and develop recovery plans while collaborating with hand surgeons and an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes leadership in clinical education, mentoring staff, and providing evidence-based therapy across orthotic fabrication and post-surgical rehab to optimize functional outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patient condition and develop plan of care.
• Provide hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation interventions.
• Direct and supervise OTAs, students, and support staff.
• Design and fit custom orthoses and splints; educate on wear and care.
• Manage postoperative, orthopedic, burn, nerve, or tendon rehab cases.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians on care plans.
