Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or DOT preferred.
• Graduate of accredited OT program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation experience.
• Current PT or OT license; CHT credential; CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plans of care.
• Perform custom splinting and orthosis fabrication.
• Supervise OT assistants, students and support staff.
• Coordinate orthotic design, fabrication, and patient education.
• Treat orthopedic, traumatic, burn, tendon and postoperative conditions.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists in care planning.
