Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design custom splints, and develop recovery plans within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include supervising assistants and students, fabricating orthoses, post-surgical rehab, and collaborating with hand surgeons and therapists. Requires a Bachelor’s, with DPT/DOT preferred and a CHT credential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care for upper-extremity rehab.
• Provide hand therapy interventions and orthosis fabrication.
• Supervise OT assistants, students, and support staff.
