Job summary

Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design splints, and develop recovery plans within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include collaboration with surgeons and therapists, orthotic fabrication, and post-surgical rehab. Candidates should have a PT or OT license and CHT credential; CPR/BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
