Shields Nursing Centers, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department in our skilled nursing facility. You will plan meals, monitor nutrition programs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ dietary needs.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and ensuring sanitation and proper storage practices to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have current Certification for Dietary Manager.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications:

• Required to have a current Certification for Dietary Manager.
• Strong leadership experience and organizational skills in a healthcare or skilled nursing facility is required.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines is required.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and patient families.

Salary and Benefits :
